Shipping times (rough estimate):
Canada - up to business 6-8 days from shipment date, may take longer if you are in the west coast or in a remote area
USA - up to 3-8 business days from shipment date
International - up to 4-22 business days from shipment date (may take longer depending on the country)
***REGARDING SHIPPING TO THE UK/EU:
My shop does not automatically collect VAT/custom fees. Additional fees may incur upon arrival to your country. It is your responsibility to pay these fees if there are any to ensure the timely arrival of your shipment.
Regarding shipping:
1. All orders containing items other than stickers will be shipped by bubble mailer (or by shipping box if necessary) which will be TRACKABLE.
2. Orders containing ONLY sticker items will be shipped via envelope + stamp (NOT TRACKABLE) to save you shipping costs.
3. Once the items have been dropped off for shipping, they are off my hands. Inquiries about your delivery are better handled with the shipping company when you are given your tracking number. It is better to contact them than myself regarding your delivery. If you are still having issues, you are welcome to contact myself as a last resort.
Regarding refunds/exchanges:
- Refunds/exchanges are generally not accepted UNLESS there is a major issue regarding your order due to a mistake that I made (incorrect type of item, incorrect quantity of item, etc.).
- Please contact me in the chance where you encountered such an issue. I will replace the item free of charge if it is still available.
- I quality check all products that are sent out to the customer and package them as safely as I can. I am not responsible for any damages caused by the shipping process.
*** Please remember to peel off the protective layer off any acrylic charm/product with a non epoxy surface. If there appears to be any scratches or defects on the surface, it is likely the protective layer and not the actual acrylic. I keep this layer on to protect the product during transit.
